The foundation works as an independent, non-governmental, non-political, non-for-profit charitable organization involved in sustenance programs, education, health, sports and volunteerism related work. Sir Foundation is registered in USA as a non-for-profit 501(c)(3):83-1690956 organization and registered in Pakistan in the office of the Provincial Registrar Joint Stock Companies and Societies under the ACT XXI of 1860 (KPK) # 210/5/9296. 

The foundation is managed by volunteers with almost "zero" overhead.
